Zomato and Swiggy restricted in Telangana until further notification

The Telangana Government has banned Online Food Delivery Service in the state till further notification after a delivey boy found positive for COVID-19 on Sunday.

Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has additionally stretched out the statewide lockdown to May 7 after the complete count of positive cases in the state arrived at 858.

The CM said that organizations conveying staple goods, for example, BigBasket and Grofers will be permitted to handle in the state while nobody will be permitted to arrange prepared dinners from applications like Swiggy and Zomato from April 20.
